Salt // seven

Year 7 has all been about change, and in a really exciting way. We’ve solidified our purpose and what Salt is all about, we’ve achieved some long wished for milestones, and we’ve changed the shape of our roles as Founders so we can continue to focus our time where it’s most valuable and most rewarding.

A lot of work over the last 12 months has come to a head in the last few weeks. We’ve achieved our B Corp certification, launched our own charity, Salt of the Earth, and in the last few days launched our new website and achieved #14 in the T40 list of the top healthcare agencies in the UK. Each of these feels like a big achievement in its own right, and collectively these are signs of us growing up and holding our own.

As we become more established it’s more important than ever to stay relevant. We need to keep hold of what motivated us seven years ago, and make sure our dreams and ambitions stay at the heart of what we do today.

Seven years feels like a big number. There’s more responsibility on our shoulders than ever before, but there are also more shoulders to share it with. More people bringing their energy, inspiration and commitment to what Salt strives to be, and more people to excite and motivate each other. The changes this year have all been with the same goal in mind, to stay to true to ourselves and what we’re about, while staying passionate and excitable about where we can go next.
